Where Rustic Mountain Beauty Meets Compassionate Care

Liberty Community Programs began with a simple belief: that everyone deserves support and a chance to live a better life. Over the years, we’ve helped adults and adolescents across West Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, and nearby communities face challenges related to substance use, mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and autism. Our roots are local, and our values are shaped by the people we serve.

We offer residential and group home services, clinical treatment and therapy, medication help, and community-based support. What sets us apart is the way we focus on personal care, meeting people where they are, and truly listening. Our team has experience and compassion, and we take pride in guiding each person on their own path to growth and stability.
